Former sprinter Donna Fraser first discovered athletics in primary school and with lots of commitment and hard work over the years that followed, came fourth in the Olympic 400m final in 2000. Her personal best over the distance is an impressive 49.79 seconds, a world class time still 20 years later.
Donna transferred her skills from the track to the boardroom and has over ten years corporate experience in business, sport, leadership and wellbeing for start-ups and established companies. As Head of Inclusion and Engagement for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and in her current role as Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for the Professional Cricketers Association her passion for sport, diversity, and inclusion is clear. Donna was the recipient of an OBE for services to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace and she continues to inspire young people through education and volunteer work.
