Alex Haydock-Wilson is a two-time Olympic medallist specialising in the 400m. Alex has won multiple medals on the international stage including a bronze medal in 400m and a gold medal in the 4x400m relay at the European Championships Munich 2022. Alex has established himself as a regular member of the GB 4x400m relay squad winning a bronze medal at the World Championships Budapest 2023.
Alex has supported Personal Best Foundation since day one, showcasing his musical talents and performing at our Launch Dinner in November 2022. On top of being a stellar athlete, Alex is currently studying for a PhD in photovoltaic technology at Loughborough University.
